Pyjamarama Day!

Children across the academy left their uniforms at home on Friday, to take part in the Book Trust's Pyjamarama Day.
Across the school, staff and children from nursery to year 6, came in their pyjamas to raise money to the Book Trust. The aim was to ensure every child get a story read to them; as well as raising money for charities. Did you know that £50 could provide 6 families from deprived communities with additional support through their children’s centre to develop a reading habit?
It was a exciting day - full of colour and fun! Everyone enjoyed themselves - over £220 was raised and everyone had lots of stories read to them!
