Oasis Watermead recognised for its commitment  to helping pupils stay safe online

Oasis Academy Watermead has successfully completed a comprehensive online safety training programme demonstrating its commitment to keeping children and young people safe online.

The primary school has received a National Online Safety Certified School Accreditation for its whole school community approach to protecting children in the online world.

Ukraine invasion - items wanted!

Thousands of people across Ukraine have been displaced as a result of the ongoing conflict in the country.

Next week, we will be asking staff, pupils and families to support our Ukraine appeal. 

A local company are delivering the items to the Polish border early next week. 

All donations need to be at school by Monday 14th March. We will also be holding a cake sale to raise funds on Friday 18th March.

We have been asked by many children and families if we have any resources that they may be able to access in order to support them whilst at home. 

The Ukraine invasion has prompted many questions from our children and we are talking, daily about the situation in a calm, sensitive way based on factual information.
